I wrote THIS article on bee pollen.  It is one of the most amazing super foods you could eat.  Out of all 4 ingredients, it is the one that has a bit of a taste, but not bad.  It is also known to cause allergies like an itchy throat and nose if you eat too much at a time.  I am very prone to outdoor allergies and have not had this issue with bee pollen but I wanted to warn you.

From all the benefits listed above, you can see why this addition to your smoothie could really boost your health, including your skin health!  I also should mention that each of these ingredients are very affordable!

I keep this container by my Vita Mix and pop 1/4 cup in my smoothie in seconds.  I’m sure many of you smoothie lovers would agree, you waste a whole lot of time opening packages, searching for your tablespoon, scooping and then trying to seal those darn bags back up!  I’m all about fueling my body in the easiest way possible and this little trick is one of my favorites!

Below, I’ve linked my favorite brands:

  • Chia Seeds
  • Flax Sees with Berries
  • Raw Hemp Hearts
  • Bee Pollen

Stay tuned, because I’ve got another little time saving smoothie trick up my sleeve coming soon!

xx, Jenni
