A Few Tips:
- The first time I used the powder, I was of the mind set that more is better. 2 minutes is the suggested time to brush with the charcoal powder so since I really needed white teeth yesterday, I did 5 minutes. My teeth looked good but as the day went on, bits of charcoal were dislodging from my gums and from in-between my teeth. Once I reduced my brush time to 2 minutes, this didn’t reoccur.
- Definitely brush with the powder at night. This will allow any charcoal that has been left behind to be completely gone once you brush the next morning.
- The powder is safe to do daily and I suggest you do!
To be super honest, I have a teeth whitening kit sitting in my bathroom drawer that I got before my wedding. Since we had pictures done, I wanted super white teeth.
