100 Percent Pure Haul Review

100% Pure Haul Review

So today I was going to post a Sea Salt Spray DIY recipe but that actually ended up being a total fail.  I see that DIY all over Pinterest-anyone figure it out and actually like the homemade version?  I have a few other ideas but as for today, I’m sharing what I am loving at 100 Percent Pure!  Plus, I just heard they are having their Friends & Family Sale where everything is 15% off right now.  I guess it all worked out!

I scored the free gift on Memorial Day and I am so excited about all I got!  Plus, I’d been dying to try out their highlighter and needed a new blush.  I’ve said several times, 100% Pure nail polish is quite simple the healthiest and the best polish you can get and I needed more top coat.   I also needed a light SPF daily lotion and they had a new one so I bought that as well.

First up, I got the Full Coverage Water Foundation.  It comes in an easy to use glass pump bottle.  The coverage is great and it’s really true-it does give a dewy glow to the skin which is my favorite look.  I’m afraid they might be sold out since this sale has been going on for a few days already but it’s worth waiting for.  For reference, I got the color Warm 1.0.  It’s a bit light for summer but I have been using a bronzer so it’s all good. Part of the gift was the stippling brush.  I’m using it with the foundation and LOVE it.  I want more brushes now! By the way-all 100 Percent Pure’s brushes are vegan.

Next I got the highlighter in Moonstone Glow.  I have wanted this product since before it was available and it does not disappoint.  It’s so subtle but not too subtle.  Highlighter can be such a hit or miss thing.  No matter what age-too much highlighter is never a good look.  Remember the Vanderpump Rules reunion and LaLa?  WTH?  Anyway, this highlighter can be worn all over with very little worry of it looking too sparkly.  I’m so glad I got it.

The next item I got was Fruit Pigmented Blush in Mimosa.  I’m familiar with 100 Percent Pure blush thanks to the Naked 11 palette so there was no big surprise here.  Their blush is highly pigmented so unlike the highlighter, you do have to be careful not too get too much.  It is very long wearing and the color is very feminine and pretty on.

Next, I got the Fruit Pigmented Cocoa Butter Matte lipstick in Cassia.  I’m not a huge fan of matte-I like a more glossy finish but I do really like this color.  It’s not too dark and somewhat neutral but more on the peach side then pink.

I also got the Tomato Lycopene SPF 20 Moisturizer.  It’s a full spectrum SPF full of nourishing oils and antioxidants that specifically protect against pollution, smoke and radiation.  It’s light and perfect under makeup.  I’m using it in the morning when I will be going outdoors.

With the free gift I got the Lip & Cheek Stain in Pink Grapefruit Glow.  I love these as lip stains.  I’m ok with it as a cheek stain but I feel like I have to blend so much that I rub the rest of my makeup off.  This color is vibrant and bright and really does stain the lips.

Last I got the nail polish top coat.  I love 100 Percent Pure nail polishes so much that I’m working on a whole post just for them.  They are free of the top 10 toxic ingredients usually found in nail polish and the color lasts much longer then any other brand.  Plus they go on silky smooth and perfectly shiny.  I highly recommend them.
